Modification, Move-In, & Monitor

The short answer, is no! We can provide you with a detailed estimate based on your projected credit score and include your estimated monthly payment, what programs are available, etc.
Absolutely. Although our team is in charge of the financing portion, our partnership with Strata ensures that all parties involved are of the highest caliber. Strata’s patented technologies and building systems require special training that is mandatory in order for the product to be used. So if a GC is recommended by Strata, be certain in knowing that they have not only been trained by Strata, but meet all of our highest standards.
In simple terms, it is all based on a draw. You work with Strata and a GC to design the project. Once all parties sign off, those designs are shared with us, the G&G team. We review those designs and ensure everything is up to par so we can release funds. Each stage of the project has different required funds, and we release those funds upon the inspection and completetion of every stage.
